Lilly, Love, and Planning
Living a busy life is made easier with friends, planning, and of course Lilly. Organization is the key to success, and (thanks to my best friend and dance partner) my Lilly Pulitzer day calendar keeps me organized while reminding me to make every hour a happy hour. What you'll need:
- Letter stickers
- 8 Lilly Pulitzer patterns printed as photos
* You can type right on the photos when you print them!
Step 1:
After you have printed your photos (and if you didn't type directly on the photo) use the stickers to mark the day of the week.
Step 2:
Place all of the photos into their correct order. You will have one extra space where my bestie chose the oh, so appropriate Lilly quote. And just like that you have a brand new way to keep your life a (organized) party!
Oops! Did we just share a secret? |
Party on my friends!

Make Everyday Worth Celebrating
These simple DIY tassel garlands will add a little sparkle to any room.
What you will need:
- Multiple colors of tissue paper- String or twine
- Scissors
*Not needed, but I used small bands to keep tassels secure.
Step 1:
Take one piece of tissue paper and fold it in half and fold in half again.
Fold until it looks like this ->
Step 2:
Make sure that the fold is laid out at the top and cut small strands leaving about 1 inch at the top.
* To have better control while cutting have the first fold on the left side.
Step 3:
Unfold the tissue paper to lay out flat. Start to roll up the middle of the tassel.
Step 4:
After you have rolled up the hole tissue paper wrap the middle around your finger and twist to make a loop. *Regular tissue paper will hold the loop on it's own. If you are using metallic paper use a rubber band to secure it.
If you have cats, this will attract a "helper".
Step 5:
Make plenty of tassels and string them on your string or twine and hang up for a party!
Happy celebrating!

-scrapbook paper (I used the pre-cut pack)
- Mini clothespins/banner stickers/mason jar stickers

Step 3.
**To guarantee spacing I placed the stickers from right to left**
Step 4.
**If you leave the glue for too long it will start to run. But immediately covering the glue with glitter it will secure the numbers as you wrote them.**
And voila! Your personalized gift will need a couple hours to dry and is ready to make someone's birthday extra special.
Enjoy your crafternoon and let us see your finished craft!
xoxo,
